There are several new options and a variety of recurring dishes you have been asking for. We look forward to having you in our kitchen to stock up on ready to prepare entrees. Printer Friendly Menu AUGUST MENU *This menu is offered August 2nd- August 28th* Nutritional Information Crispy Mexican Chicken Bundles (NEW) Chicken breasts are stuffed with a blend of cream cheese, green chilies and taco spices and then encrusted with a flavorful cornmeal breading seasoned with mexican spices. Pan fry to finish and enjoy. Sure to be a new favorite! French Dip Roast Beef This deli classic cooks slow and tender in your crockpot and makes a tasty “a jus” for dipping. Lean Rump Roast, French onion seasoning, beef broth, beer and garlic create a fork tender meat ready for Crusty Rolls. Dip in the “a jus” gravy for extra flavor. Barbeque Pizza Not your traditional Italian version—cooked bites of white meat chicken tossed with BBQ sauce, red onion slices and mozzarella on 2 large BBQ sauce topped crusts. Perfect for a quick, easy lunch, dinner or pool party. Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin Fire up the grill and your taste buds with this entree. Two pork tenderloins are marinated in a dry rub of Brown sugar, Chipotle seasoning and other seasonings. “Just enough” sweet and spice on the outside and tender pork on the inside. Yum! Smothered Enchiladas Perfectly seasoned lean ground beef with green chilies rolled into flour tortillas and topped with a sour cream sauce and cheese. Perfect for that quick trip to the beach, lake or a busy weeknight meal! Chicken Cacciatore This rustic Italian dish is a popular entrée among families and received rave reviews when it was introduced this spring. Chicken pieces are pan sautéed and then simmered in a tomato based sauce with bell pepper, onion, capers, seasonings and white wine. Serve over spaghetti noodles (regular or whole wheat available). Chicken with Vodka Sauce Chicken breasts cooked in a pink vodka sauce with tomatoes, fresh basil, a hint of cream and Vodka. Comes with penne pasta (regular or whole wheat pasta available). Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese- Delicious! Caribbean Pork Chops with Apricot Sauce (NEW) Boneless chops are seasoned with a dry rub for maximum flavor, then grilled with pineapple slices and served with apricot sauce. A delicious grill option to wind down the summer months. Chicken ala King (NEW) Some of you may remember this popular dish from your childhood. Chunks of chicken in a creamy sauce with fresh mushrooms, green peppers, and pimentos. Serve over puff pastry shells (provided) for a great comfort food entree that takes you back. Hickory Burgers (NEW) Our final Burger option this summer is new to the menu. Hickory flavored BBQ sauce and diced ham are blended into our Angus beef to create a smoky flavored patty sure to please the burger lover in your family. Shrimp Strudel A mixture of shrimp, mushrooms, swiss cheese, green onions, fresh parsley, and eggs tucked into pockets of flaky Phyllo pastry. This isn’t your everyday shrimp dish. Try this for a truly elegant dinner! Grilled Tilapia with Strawberry Salsa Back by popular demand! Tilapia is marinated in a blend of olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings then grilled or baked. Top with our homemade strawberry salsa full of strawberries, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeno and you have a light and refreshing entrée.
