Nutritional Information
Asian Style Ribs (LIMIT ONE)
This new recipe is finger licking good!  Pork baby back ribs are slow cooked in an Asian inspired
sauce that includes hoisin, fresh ginger, and maraschino cherries.  Very good and a great
alternative to traditional BBQ ribs.

Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Capers
Easy, light and quick! These lean chicken breasts are sautéed in a light batter of flour, peppers and
paprika, then topped with a sauce of lemon juice, chicken broth and capers. Yum!

Chicken Pot Pie
It has been a little while since we’ve offered this comfort food favorite.  We cook and dice chicken
breasts, then add it to a creamy sauce with mixed veggies, and mushrooms.  Spoon into
individual servings at home and top each serving with a flaky piecrust round.   A great supper
your kids are sure to enjoy!

King Ranch Chicken
This classic casserole of diced chicken, bell peppers, onions, Rotel tomatoes, creamy soup, corn
tortillas & cheese make this a Tex-Mex favorite.  You’ve been asking for it for months.  Our
version is superb!

Cheesy Chicken Bundles
Kid’s will love these!  Chicken breasts coated with a cheesy breading that includes cheddar,
parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.  Topped with parmesan and a bit of butter, these make a
crispy outside and juicy inside the whole family will enjoy!

Carrie’s Big Sandwich
Layers of ham, turkey, pepperoni and cheese spread with a special herb sauce and rolled into
bread dough.  Bake this in your oven until golden brown and you’ll have a hot sandwich for
supper that’s terrific with fruit salad.   

Blue Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Sauce
Seasoned boneless chops are stuffed with a Blue cheese, bacon and chive mixture then baked in
the oven.  This entrée is a great way to take pork and turn it into an entrée worthy of a fine dining
experience.  

Potluck Baked Spaghetti
We found a winner with this one and it has been off the menu way too long according to one
client!  One of those great casseroles everyone will like.  Lean ground beef, onion, green peppers,
tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives, cheddar cheese, and spaghetti topped with a mushroom
sauce.

Cowboy Pot Roast
One of your favorite roasts is back on the menu.  Cubes of beef with tomatoes, green chiles,
onions, pinto beans, black beans and jalapeno cook up into a flavorful stew in your crockpot.  

Lime & Chipotle Pork Tenderloin
This lean and satisfying meal is made with a delicious marinade of lime, mustard, cilantro,
chipotle pepper, and garlic.  Versatile enough to cook in the oven or on the grill.

Spicy Cheddar Stuffed Burgers
Chipotle peppers give these burgers a kick and we are using Angus beef to add even more juicy
flavor.  Peppers are blended with the meat and then we stuff them with cheddar cheese. Buns are
included.  Fire up the grill!

Fillet of Fish Almondine
Tilapia fillets dipped in buttermilk, then dredged with a bread crumb and mustard mixture.  Top
with sliced almonds and melted butter and you have a delicious seafood dish sure to please
everyone.

Coconut Shrimp (LIMIT ONE)
This has been a hugely popular entrée since we introduced it last year.  Large shrimp battered
with flour, coconut and Panko breadcrumbs and deep fried to crispy perfection. (oil not included)
Our tangy dipping sauce is the perfect companion.  Get them while you can!

Peanut Butter Pie
Creamy and delicious- Cream cheese, peanut butter, whipped topping blended into a tasty filling
and poured into a graham cracker crust.  Keep frozen until ready to serve.
