It takes about 1 1/2 hours to complete the assembly on 12 entrees. Our kitchen has 12 available stations for each session. Light refreshments, beverages & complimentary wine are available while you assemble your meals. Private parties are also available in our kitchen for up to 12 guests. Contact us for info about booking the entire kitchen for your group. The organizer gets a discount on their meals when all stations have a confirmed reservation. (Minimum of 10 confirmed reservations required within 48 hours of your private session) Pre-assembled entrees for pickup only can also be ordered through this link and are available Monday - Friday. We book all our pickups to be ready by 10:00 am, but you can pick-up any time during our weekly morning (10:00 -2:00) or evening sessions (5:00 -7:30)--whichever is most convenient. Saturday pickups are also available and are ready at 9:00, however you can arrive anytime between 9-12 to pick up your entrees. We look forward to seeing you! View our available dates here online! |
